Most uptight parking enforcement, so miserable they’ll literally try to get you for any little thing. If you’re in the city of Duarte make sure you’re extra careful with the way you park your car cause these no life’s have nothing better to do

Literally got detained 15 minutes for no reason I had just gotten out of work from mcdonalds inside of walmart. I was walking to the train station not too far behind two customers that came from Mcdonalds as well to get to school. They stopped us without identifying themselves and assumed I was with them. She told the other two that they were under suspicion of shoplifting. She didn't give me a reason so I asked and she said that a guy with a backpack, black hoodie and blue jeans was stealing which is a big coincidence and seems more like a bs excuse. They let all 3 of us go but we didn't even atleast get an apology. After rudely treating is like criminals and one guy threatening to take my phone away(probably paranoid about filming) I ended up missing my train, coming to class late, and missed an assignment that was due at the beginng of class thanks to these morons hope they like to eat at McDonalds.

Meraradi was not accommodating or sympathetic at all. She kept cutting me off on the phone and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Aside from that, I was constantly put on hold. Meraradi is a public safety department worker and I couldn’t believe her bad attitude. She clearly didn’t care what I had to say and it was apparent. She rushed me off the phone and I could tell she didn’t enjoy hearing complaints. If your are a public safety employee you should have a more positive attitude on the phone with your local residents especially if they have an issue. Meraradi acted as if she didn’t care, not even a simple I’m sorry or we will do everything to help you out goes a long way. There was not the case. I’m so shocked at how our local public safety department takes their calls. This worker needs to be retrained I never felt more disrespected on a phone call. Meraradi made me feel as if I was in the wrong this is unacceptable customer service and needs to change immediately! Meraradi needs to at least tell her callers thank you for calling, but I guess that is asking for way too much.
