Stupid place for pickup or delivery! Check in and check out process use the same scale so it takes long. Then you have to wait in line because it’s fcfs facility no appointment required.

Came to pick up a load receiving personnel was amazing. Always smiling and very positive full of great energy .Very nice. Great customer service, very professional and helpful. Loader was very fast and nice was in and out of this facility and that’s including going through the process of verification. Restrooms were very nice and clean 10/10 😊

This place. You can arrive early. Must have pickup number. Should be ##-####. (20-1234). Picture of license plates, driver information sheet and scale in at check in. You will wait longer if no driver information sheet!!. Other than this, it's not bad. Good luck and when your done loading, pull out and close your doors. They don't want bugs in the trailer. Proceed to scale and scale out and get your paperwork. Boss man will seal trailer, take photo of tags, seal and driver's license. You are released.

The location was easy to find through the use of google maps, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and professional. I did check in with the office as I was there as a visitor and on a delivery. I was told where to go and found someone waiting for me. I was unloaded and back on the road promptly. No language barrier to fuss with, and I was treated with respect.

Attention Truckers: the post says open 8 to 5 but the shipping and receiving department are open until 3:30 pm. A nice lady In the scale is very friendly nice and professional. Neat place . You get load really fast . Smooth transactions! Fully recommended
