We had our steer processed at JC. It was the worst experience. When it was finally ready to be picked up I got all our meat home a majority of it was rotten and the hamburger and asada was inedible, full of gristle and small bone chucks. Apparently a cooling unit went down and they chose to give us the bad meat. After calling and getting the run around our meat was finally replaced 4 months later with, I’m not even sure what kind of cuts. The filets looked like the tri tip that looked like the New York that looked like the ribeye. When it was cooked it was so tough we couldn’t eat it. So now I have a freezer full of dog food and beef jerkey. And none of it matched our cut sheet. I’m assuming I’m not the only one this happened to since when I’d call they’d ask if I was someone else. Beware, check your meat or better yet go somewhere else!

Tri tip sandwich is the best . They have all other sorts of meats rib eye new York fillet mingon etc whatever you want they have it. Thanks for the great lunch .

Wow wow...I tried prime filet..prime new York and big thick hamburger patties...some of the best I've ever had..it had a special smell and taste..way better than quality meats or Glicks in visalia...don't get me wrong ..quality and glicks are totally legit ..these guys raise there own beef..hang and age for at least 2 week..just bought jalapeño cheddar sausage and more steaks...here we go just what I need a great local meat market!!!
