I don’t think I would use this company again. Terrible when it comes to communication. They haven’t started the install yet. They told me they would show up between 2 and 4. I took off early so I could be here when they got here. Never happened and I did not get a call. I am trying to cancel my order.

Guys were cool. Not impressed with the job. Roof looks bad at the edges.

I don't usually post reviews, but Complex Steel Buildings did such an amazing job, I feel I should share my experience. Starting with Criss in sales, he worked with me to design 2 buildings to fit on my property and hold everything I wanted to store. This wasn't easy and took a little "reworking" until we found the perfect solution. He was very patient and walked me through every step of the planning and process.

Once we decided to move forward, the contracts and transaction went very smoothly. We had our job scheduled and awaited our install date!

Roger and his crew showed up and started to put these monsters together. We had a challenging installation as we were installing on a freshly graded and graveled lot. I can't say enough good things about this team. Despite the challenges, every wall is perfectly straight, square, and level, and these 2 buildings are absolutely beautiful. Roger's team are real professionals. Their attention to detail, fit, and finish really made these buildings exceed all my expectations.

I didn't expect the amount of metal in the framing and the beautiful trim and boxed eves. We've had some heavy winds and these buildings don't even wiggle.

I usually have buyer's remorse, especially with purchases this large. But not in this case. I paid a very fair price for a very high quality building that was installed beautifully. End-to-end, this was a very positive experience.

Thank you Criss, Roger and Team, and Complex Steel Buildings for a job well done!

2 years of some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
For the record I would like to mention the guys that built my garage were good. The process with the sales, scheduling and planning team was the most difficult. I have been ignored time after time by this company. Not to mention mistakes that were made and not corrected. And increase in final price as to when I signed my contract.
I am still currently waiting on a response regarding an issue. However I don’t expect it now that they have received full payment.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service.

I had an exceptional experience working with Complex Steel Building! From start to finish, John and his crew were punctual, professional, and skilled in building my steel garage. They showed up on time and completed the project with precision and expertise. I highly recommend Complex Steel Building for anyone looking to build a steel structure. Thank you for a job well done!

Don’t go with these guys I purchased a steel building through them and am very unsatisfied. Had the purchase the site specific plans from them so I could get a permit in California, they told me it was gonna be a two day job. Slapped it together in one day(which I thought was great) the next following Friday I had a county inspector come to sign off on the building and it failed inspection due to like 10 brackets are missing according to the plans that I purchased from them. I called the company hoping they would come out in a timely manner to fix there mistake, they told me I’m two weeks out for them to come fix it. Now I have to Postpone all my electrical work. For these guys to fix the mistake that they made. Very unhappy with their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Also on the base rails they installed that the anchor bolts go through to anchor the structure according to there specifications are suppose to be torqued to a certain foot pounds. They’re drawings asked for a third party inspection to test the anchor bolts torque. None of the anchor bolts on my entire structure could meet those specifications that’s were required by the drawings that they supplied without crushing the tubing. I tried to talk to their project manager and he pretty much just blow me off. Trust me this company has terrible customer service all around.

If I start from the beginning, regarding issues, I'll be typing forever. Currently, were told by owner, Victor, to get our Architecture plans to him and we would discuss how to add frameouts to our $5700.00 Engineering plans! We wanted special windows & doors added in the beginning. However, we were told they did not sell special doors & windows, only single pane, cheap windows and cheap doors. We were told installers would put doors and windows at our own costs. Fare. We still had to pay for an entry into our 46x80 custom building. In any case, because of this lack of or incorrect information, our architecture plans must go back to Complex Steel Engineer and we are waiting to hear from Victor. Just fyi, OUR $5700.00 ENGINEER PLANS WERE OUTSOURCED AND PLANS WERE NEVER STAMPED OR SEALED which resulted in Not being able to file with Mojave County. Are we being ignored? $15,000.00 is what we've given Complex Steel. Our retirement money. Why is this happening! Help!

I call once a week to try and get my steel building scheduled for install. It’s been 5 weeks now, and every time I’m told someone from scheduling or management will call me back. I’ve not been called. I would not use this company again. Communication is terrible. I will update this post when someone calls me back.

In the beginning we were happy with our buildings - 2 @ 30'x30'. The installation went smoothly.
Then the rain, wind and inspector happened.
When the inspection happened he found that the installer left out hundreds of bolts where the overlaps were. A different installer was sent out to "fix" the problem and had to get a guarantee of being paid for the work. It's incredible how much quieter the buildings are with the proper bolts installed.
We caulked around the base and all windows of both buildings yet the amount of rain water that comes in is crazy. We can't store anything on the floor.
They had to redo the corners of the roofs because our wind - we paid extra for the wind bracing - curled the roof panels up.
The bolts and roof has been fixed but with so many calls, emails and even certified mail.
Both buildings still leak and the coating on the door jams has been cracked and flaking off since just a few months in. Even though I have been in contact about the doors I get no returned emails or phone calls. Last communication said that a scheduler was going to call me that day and of course I never heard from anyone.
