Great customer service. I came in with broken faucet and explained I need the parts for it. I had to come back and explain that the specific part that I needed was not in the kit. They immediately got the right part and apologized that they did not factor in the possibility of having different part numbers for different applications of the same part. It was an extra $2 and they said not to worry about it because of my hassle of having to come back. I will be returning here for future plumbing projects. They are good people.

Walked in wasn’t greeted. When I was greeted I asked my question about a adapter he didnt even look at what I had in my hand he just said no we don’t have it... like he didn’t wanna even help me... No advice, no alternative very little information on anything I asked... very uncomfortable visit..

Pierce Plumbing is a truly an asset to the community. I had a disposal that need to be replaced and a toilet that needed a part overhaul. I left a message Tuesday evening. Received a call back Wednesday morning. He squeezed me in early Thursday morning. He showed up on time, did a wonderful job in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. I hope I never have to look for a different plumber!

Jim came to install a new water heater for us. He was efficient, professional, friendly and patient cause I asked many questions. The water heater looks and works great. The price was reasonable and wasn’t any hidden or afterward charges. We are very pleased with their services. Definitely recommend! I called early in the morning and I was told they have a full scheduled day today and will try and squeeze us in. Then less than an hour later I received a call saying they are on their way. Great service and thoughtful company caring about their customers needs. Thank you so much!!! We will always recommend you to all our family and friends.
