Brunks Butchery is THE BEST!
Everything here is super High-End & amazing! You get what you pay for here. Superb beef, chicken & seafood. Also, Boarshead meats & cheeses, seasonings, marinades, charcuterie boards & much more!

Every single employee is wonderful, friendly & extremely helpful. Nicole, the owner is a sweetheart & knows her stuff!
Very nice, clean & classy shop.

We are very lucky they're down the street from us in Norco & we love them! We are regulars here & everything is always A+++

Nicole also has a location at The Shoppes Chino Hills that includes a restaurant! 😍

If you want truly fresh, very high quality meats & more.. definitely give them a try!

I pre ordered a Turkey early November for pick up the day before Thanksgiving. I drove there from Lake Elsinore and when I got there, there was an issue with the size Turkey I ordered. To make a long story short the lady felt horrible about not having it and she completely made it right. It was no big deal but LET ME TELL YOU. When I say the Turkey I took home was the best damn Turkey I have ever had in my entire life I literally mean it! This place does not mess around. They have the best, I mean BEST turkey ever. My entire family loved it. If you're ever hesitant on trying this place do not be. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for working hard and providing the best meats for people to enjoy! I can not wait to go back and get so much more stuff:) 10 out of 10!

Came in looking for a beef center cut tenderloin and they had it! All the other stores in the area only carried pork tenderloin or filet cuts. They trimmed it perfectly and although I had to wait a little bit, it was definitely worth it. Great quality meat and very friendly staff.

Top notch choice of meats, cheese and related artisan goods (spices, dips, crackers). Was surprised how high class the selection was, and even more relieved by how pleasant and helpful the staff were. They really took care of me. A+.

Discovered Brunk’s Butchery on Instagram and finally had the chance to visit due to my love for steaks. Arriving a bit late, I found the place closed, but to my surprise, the owner came out and warmly invited me in, assuring it wasn't an imposition. I ended up purchasing three thick slices of prime ribeye, and they were nothing short of amazing – perfect marbling and incredibly flavorful. Excited to return and explore their offerings further, especially looking forward to trying their dry-aged ribeye!

I finally made it in to Brunk’s and I’m kicking myself for not checking it out sooner! Now that I’ve been I’ll certainly be a regular.

As a local resident, I’ve been looking for a place like this for some time. Until Brunk’s opened I felt like I had to drive to Orange County or up to Claremont to get high quality cuts of beef; especially dry aged.

Today I selected the dry aged prime bone-in ribeye and I am more than impressed with the quality, taste, and value. One should expect a little sticker shock if they are not accustomed to higher quality and/or dry aged cuts, but, I assure you, Brunk’s offers a fair price for an exceptional product.

I truly can’t wait to go back and try many more of their offerings, especially some of the charcuterie!

Have yet to buy a steak from here yet but I did swing by to grab some femur bones to make a compound bone marrow butter that I've been hearing so much about. I just got done making everything and it ended up being phenomenal. I highly recommend this recipe for anyone that wants to enhance the flavor of any already fantastic cut of meat they're getting from this place.

Have not visited Brunk's yet but I am giving 5 stars for the great customer service I received after calling and asking the availability of cuts. I am a fanatic of bone in ny and t-bone and those curso ate difficult to find in grocery stores. I was also explained how the cuts work and the difference between them. I will visit the Norco branch being that I am closer than the one in Chino Hills.
Update...Finally made it to Brunks in Norco and the gentleman at the counter was amazing. It felt like going back in time to an old school butcher shop. I got prime rib eye and prime ny strip. While I was there I also ordered a nice turkey to share at Christmas dinner. Buying good food for the family is an investment in a good dinner together.
