I bought my car from here in June the parts finally came in October and I didn’t get a call that my parts were in. I was the one who had to keep calling the service department to see if parts were in. Dublin Escalade has had my car now for a week and I kindly asked if someone can bring me my car to Sacramento and the refused, not to mention that rental car they gave me was super shitty. Tire had low air pressure and an empty tank with it. All they do is transfer you over to another rep or say they will call you back.

I would like to say, I met one of the most amazing salesman today by the name of Darrick. Even though they didn't have an SUV to fit my Daughter's budget, he was an effective listener, he came up with realistic scenarios and he didn't try to scam her like a lost of delarships have. He explained was very professional and treated us with care. She looks forward to buying from them soon!

Watch out when you buy a used car from them. I got an XT5 and for what I paid for my car it was too much after finding out my car was a Marry Kay car and I was never told i did see it was starting to peel the paint in some areas and I had the warranty i told them so they could fix it. i spoke with the Michael service manager he was great he tried to help me as much as he could. after he said I needed to talk to the General Manager Joel Caravantes he said that they didn't have to disclose that the car was a Marry Kay car, that his boss said it was painted by a certified GM shop. but will not fix the paint issue. He basically told me it's done and that it so, please watch out and don't get ripped off if you see something not right leave and go to a different dealer you will end up overpaying and go with your gut feeling. i have given them over a year and its time to let the customers know shady dealer.

We have a 2017 Cadillac XT5 we bought 7 yrs ago and we love it. Service manager Mike Gress has serviced us since day one and has been the BEST. He is truly such an asset to Dublin Cadillac. Besides being an amazing human being he listens to you and follows thru with business in a very professional matter and keeps you informed at all times. Anyone going to any other Cadillac dealership is missing out with Mikes service!

I can't believe I am in a brand new Cadillac! I was involved in a T-bone car accident April '24 completely uprooted my world and totaled my BMW. completely unprepared and not in a position to get a new car. I hit up Dublin Cadillac for used XT5. It didn't work out with that car and I was bummed.
But this guy Viney they have running around there is a gem! His professionalism, quick time response and inept knowledge of Cadillac vehicles made this experience beyond five stars! He got me in a brand new XT4 with pretty much everything that I wanted and delivered it to me in San Jose. He made sure I connected with on star before he left and was up on Cadillacs app to understand the features.
Eugene and Sonny in finance are both kind and supportive. Thank you Eugene and Viney for your time and patience with all my crazy questions and your efforts in getting me in my new ride!
Don't question this dealership, there is no haggling here. They listen to what you want and in the end, you get exactly what you need. Customer service that is carefully given is hard to find these days.

Bought an escalade from here in Sept and have been chasing them since about a refund for a package that I canceled. I even visited them last month, but these guys take months to get things squared and of course leaving messages is futile! Absolutely dismal after sales customer service!

We purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Dublin Cadillac this week and it was a great experience. Our sales executive MJ was very friendly and accommodating in showing us multiple vehicles even though we came in on a Saturday about an hour before closing. She was eager to help us but we didn’t feel pressured when we decided to hold off for a few days to consider financing options. We got her card and even though she was off on Monday, we could text her and she would take care of us. This is where buying from Cadillac is truly a unique experience- come Monday we’re approved through our credit union and ready to buy the car, MJ (on her day off) got everything set up for us before hand and when she met us at the dealership, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The finance manager was friendly and to the point. Absolutely no jerking us around trying to set us up with a different lender (which is a problem at A LOT of dealerships). This is our second Cadillac, the first we got at the south sf Cadillac dealership, and they were just as good. Thanks MJ, I love my new ride:)

Would give -stars if possible. Attempted to buy a Camaro form this place recently and was dragged out for weeks and when finally told the vehicle was ready and that they could ship but it would be even longer 🤦‍♂️ so we decided to pick the vehicle up and drove for 7 hrs round trip thinking all was good . Paperwork signed , money down , had the car for almost a week when I received an email stating there was a problem with the loan. You’d think we would not be able to leave with the car if the stuff wasn’t already taken care of . Finance guy is a joke
