Store refused to give us a Like It size in a Love It cup (my son enjoys having ice cream with caramel on top, I enjoy him not making a mess while he eats it). What an inflexible, wrong-headed approach. Please discuss with your store owner/manager.

I tried the Kulfi flavor that you can only find here and I mixed in Heath bar. Wowwwww
It was the best flavor of all the ones we tried with our group. It was incredible
And did you know they have fun apples?! Neither did I.

This store is also a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The closest to the Bay area as the rest have closed. Got 3 specialty caramel apples. Well over $30. The 1st apples inside was soft nearly past the edible shelf life. Pictures attached of the other 2, cores were brown and rotten. Waste of money, had to toss, as it's impossible to know the apples inside till it's cut and consumed.

Please avoid this store. The manager is so rude. the staff serves below the required quantity as per size and if you ask for adding it properly as they didn't add enough as per the size then you are charged extra. When you ask for the reason why they charged extra the manager responses so rude. we are paying a solid 10$ for the cup of gotta have it and the quantity is just like like it. The mixing is absolutely to nothing and when you eat the ice cream you get the taste of only either ice cream or a spoon of chocolate chips or just dry pieces of brownie.

I hate to do reviews that don’t give praise to the company, but I have to say this because this is unacceptable. I bank at Provident
When I came outside, My Husband had to go to the bathroom so he went into cold stone, where there’s a guy working there told him he could not use the bathroom. It was out of order. He blatantly flat out, “lied.” ! There was no out of order sign on the door.
Clearly my husband immediately saw me coming out of provident and told me what this guy said to him so I went in there. I was gonna buy something sweet that day anyway because I am a blogger. I love to taste and try out different Restaurants and then give them a report. I was looking at all the eateries in that area and couldn’t wait to dine there & Take photos and post them for my page. He literally told My Husband again the bathroom is out of order. My Husband said there is no sign there saying out of order and I said to him, you know you don’t have to be so mean like that I said I bank next-door, and I was in there for a little while & my husband had to use the bathroom he just had a mean, look on his face and would not comment on what I said, as if I wasn’t even there or I didn’t matter.
I find that quite offensive. I went back to Provident and told them my experience they said wow it’s a public bathroom . To The man working there …if you don’t want others in your establishment state that we won’t come there at all you really disrespect us and treated like us like we were nothing.
This man was a mean Person was very standoffish. He could’ve even given us another option , because we don’t know that mall very well I don’t go to that particular Credit Union I go to a different one so the area is very beautiful and I couldn’t wait to dine there at that particular outdoor mall
& tell the public about the wonderful restaurants they have there
he could have said you can go down to another store. They have a public bathroom. He gave us no personal contact with his eyes
He was not apologetic He would not acknowledge us so I deemed this as far as I was treated to be racist.
I’m appalled at his behavior. The bathroom room was not out of order I even left and came back to check to see. He could have said I’m sorry we can’t let you use our public bathroom “he lied.” i’m asking everyone to consider when you see or hear about someone being mistreated please stand by them. We are hard-working God-fearing people. We are very kind and we love people for him to treat us the way he did was wrong Our family has had very successful businesses, and love to serve the customer .That way was very hurtful.
I ended up going to cookie crumbl for a treat.
The young people there are very kind.
By the way, we’re older established people were not some young Thugged out children. We are very mature adults. This is unacceptable in our community..

Update- RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY It’s unfortunate that instead of taking feedback as an opportunity to improve, you choose to belittle your customers and dismiss their experiences. You weren’t there to witness what happened, yet you’re quick to call me a liar. This kind of attitude says a lot about how little you value customer feedback.Constructive criticism is meant to help businesses grow, but it seems you’re more focused on being defensive than listening to your customers. Perhaps if you spent less time accusing reviewers and more time addressing the issues raised, you’d see better results.

This strikes a firm but fair tone. Let me know if you’d like to adjust it further! This place is an absolute joke. We came to Cold Stone Dublin to order a Banana Caramel Crunch, but their bananas were ROTTEN. Disgusting! When we called them out on it, they said they could replace the bananas with banana ice cream. Fine, we agreed. We even asked for half vanilla and half banana ice cream, and they said it was no problem. But then they had the nerve to slap on an extra $4 without even telling us! When we questioned it, this guy named Vinay had the audacity to say, “It’s a signature item,” like we wouldn’t notice the scam.

And let me tell you about Vinay. He got mad at the poor cashier (who was just doing her job) for not charging us the extra $4 at first. He butted in, added the charge himself, and acted like he was doing us a favor. When we asked for their names, the cashier said she’s a minor and refused to give her name—which is fine—but Vinay? Oh no, this guy proudly gave his name and straight-up said he’s happy to take a bad review. Like seriously? Is this how you treat customers?

Rotten bananas, hidden charges, and a rude employee who doesn’t care about losing customers. This place is trash. Save your money and your sanity—go somewhere else. We’re NEVER coming back, and you better believe we’ll tell everyone we know about this garbage experience.

Ice cream was good, the server was bad. The place was almost empty we ordered couple of ice creams including brownie a la cold stone and asked for chocolate sauce, one server was ready to do it but another stopped her and said we can’t do customizations. Bad service. Happened Nov 30th, 5.50 pm.
