The first time I’ve used this company. I was very impressed. I spoke with Sina who is an absolute gentleman. I explained my issue with my laptop and after leaving it in the morning with him he was able to get it back to me that evening. He was very professional, prompt and very helpful. He understood the urgency and importance of having my work laptop back to me. I definitely will be using I need a Techie again. Overall a five star company that goes above and beyond to help you. Also wanted to mention their reception area with Amber was great. She was amazing and very helpful. Thank you you guys rock!

I’m a 70 year old man. I need a techie is the best computer / phone service I’ve ever had the privilege of learning from. Sina got my computer running faster, installed a good video editor / compression program, and showed me how to use the programs. Sina is a bright man and a real pro.

" I need a techie" is the best. My laptop hinge broke so I wasn't able to close it and it felt like the top was about to fall off. I called multiple stores on a Sunday, however they were either closed or was charging a lot more than I was expecting. I was able to drop off my laptop same day to Sina and he guaranteed me that my laptop was fixable and did not have to go through a more expensive fix. He was very professional, helpful, and nice. He keeps you updated with texts and even offers to pick up your devices if needed. He said it would probably take 2 days, but he is very good and was faster than expected! Highly recommend and can't thank you enough!

"I Need a Techie" did a great job helping me after my hard drive crashed. They were able to retrieve more than 99% of my files. They also installed a new drive and doubled my PC's RAM. They are pleasant to work with, professional, and very knowledgeable. They give accurate cost estimates before they start the work. They even picked up and dropped off my PC at my home.
