I had an excellent experience at the Honda dealership in Dublin, thanks to Nick. He was incredibly attentive and quickly helped me resolve an issue with my car the same day. I was relieved that I didn’t have to leave my car there for days—the problem was fixed within an hour! Nick was very polite, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. His efficiency and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend working with him!

This is for the services department specifically. We recently moved to the area and had to change Honda dealerships for services. I was fortunately assigned to Shane G. and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very transparent, communicative, honest and friendly. He proactively ordering some parts that our car would need covered by a recall that has not impacted us yet but better safe than sorry. He even recommended a service that another Honda said needed to be done at 100k was actually not really necessary until closer to 150k miles - which is a nice change of pace vs. the stereotype of dealerships being focused on getting every dollar out of customers.

I brought our 2009 Honda Accord V6 in for an oil change at their express service section. The service writer was friendly and asked how my day was going. I told him I wanted an oil change and he was great with that. He didn’t try to upsell me with additional work. He said it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes and that was what it took. I waited in their customer lounge which was comfortable and had a fancy coffee maker that made lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, etc. The price of the oil change was reasonable using one of their on line coupons. I have been bringing it here for service since we bought the car new from them and have always been satisfied.

I hope you will make it clear on appointment scheduling that you don’t service salvaged vehicle. Whatever unreasonable policy it is, at least I could have saved my precious time this morning. I’ve serviced same vehicle at Hayward Honda for more than 4 years, excellent customer service over there, never heard this kind of comment. Here in Dublin you are saying a salvaged vehicle is no longer worthy of a simple oil change, how ridiculous.
