My car was fine, then when I got it back they said I needed a new motor mount. I don't know why all of a sudden the day I get it back I need a new motor mount when I didn't need one before. If you charge a fair price you will get more business. $2,000 for $150 part and half hour labor isn't going to get you a lot of business is it?

If I could give 6 stars I would! Billy was our sales agent who helped guide us through the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I did not feel any sales pressure at any time. Nissan offers many different add on and warranty packages, but they work with you, again not pressure you. Phil in finance is awesome. The facility is big, clean and modern. If are looking for a new vehicle, you want to go to Dublin Nissan.

We had a problem with our NV3500 since early 2023 that our local Nissan dealer disregarded as nothing. We decided to give a call to Dublin Nissan and spoke with Carlos. When we arrived, Carlos met with us to discuss the issue and a few technicians quickly came out to inspect. We received a call a few days later and they found the issue. Carlos went out of his way to provide information and kept us updated during the time our vehicle was there. Their customer service is second to none and I can’t thank Carlos and Dublin Nissan enough!

Had a phenomenal experience here! Sam A made it clear that customer experience was his top priority and he proved it when connecting with my 3 yr old, my antisocial husband, and my boomer dad with no hesitation just pure joy. That's hard to do hahaha. from snacks and entertainment to just truly getting to know us genuinely and naturally we really loved our experience.

He was super knowledgeable which we really appreciated and was ready to walk us through each step and truly find the car that made our hearts sing.
This was a rare dealership visit that I didn't hate and that I didn't have to be there all day fighting for the right deal. we left feeling so satisfied and with our sanity still intact haha. He took us to view the beautiful property of this dealership and it's gorgeous. it was cool to get introduced to the service staff and felt like we were solidifying a relationship not just a transaction.

Love the new step of showing vehicle specific feature videos before you drive off! Our car was gonna have some cool new things and a video was way easier to understand it all and we could go back later and look at it.

Highly recommend Sam A if you want an enjoyable experience with a great deal. We won't be going anywhere else moving forward that's for sure.
