The location itself is friendly and great! Insurance is garbage. When I got into an accident I sent multiple emails out and got no response back. This was after the adjuster contacted me with their email. I replied to email multiple times for an update or anything got nothing. Embarrassing service and I’m planning to cancel on this alone. Your word means nothing to this company. AAA garbage

Great location-right off the freeway, plenty of parkings and things to do/eateries nearby.

The staff was welcoming and courteous. My agent, Mr. Zhong, who also speaks my native language, was very knowledgeable. He helped me to get my needed stuff done, informed useful tips and answered all my questions. Nice guy! If it's too far from my area, I'd definitely come here for my AAA needs~

My Battery died. AAA came out very quickly and tested my battery. Old battery was on its last leg. Rudy, AAA technician was very friendly and told me my options. I told him I wanted him to replace battery with stock in his truck. AAA excellent service. AAA member for many years now. Keep doing what you do! Thank you

Love doing my DMV here. I used to dread going to DMV to do anything. The 4 hr wait there is gone when you use AAA. In and out in 5 mins and took care of two registrations !! The counter people were happy and very pleasant to work with. Great vibe here. Good Job AAA !!

I came in to get a temporary handicap placard. The whole process was so easy. I made the appointment on line, I waited for less than 5 mins (they took me early), and the team member who helped me was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this AAA office.
