One of the best experiences I had at a Verizon store. Manager Yaseen Akhtar was extremely helpful and transparent with me and my family. Need more people like him in this world. Upgraded 3 lines and added a tablet within an hour. Quick and easy work especially when talking to an employee who knows his stuff. You got my service for plenty of more years to come.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
Went in there earlier today looking to move 6 lines from TMobile over to Verizon.
Talked to the “manager” Anthony for a good 30 mins. Only for him to tell me not just one time but multiple times that I was REQUIRED to get the insurance and a bunch of add ons in order for him to give me the $200 credit per line.
After I asked him if it was an obligation for customers to get the insurance on the devices, he corrected himself and told me that I was not required but it was recommended it and also to use it as a reason for him to apply the $200 credit per line and also wave the activation fees on all of the devices that we were trying to get by trading in our T-Mobile lines.
Unfortunately a very bad experience. I wish it would have been different, because we were ready to make the move and switch carriers.
Sad, because there are not too many options around town. I just hope someone reads this and decides to talk to their stuff and ask them to respect customers….
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED OR OBLIGATED TO GET ANY TYPE OF EXTRA COVERAGE TO OBTAIN A DEAL THAT THE COMPANY OFFERS! There is a reason why they are call * ADD ON *.

Three stars because the guy trying to help me was at least friendly. Too bad he wasn't knowledgeable. He told me that all the people on the floor were newer employees and that I would be better served calling customer service or going to another store, which is what I did.

One of things I detest the most is waiting forever in line at a cell phone store to get and set up a new phone plan. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised how enjoyable the experience was for setting up my new iPhone 8 Plus on a Sunday afternoon!

As soon as I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by cheerful, happy staff. With no contracts and me bringing in my own 8 Plus, I was set up in less than 20 minutes pain free and given the option to pick a phone number with any area code of my choosing - that was the longest part of the setting up process. You get to choose an area code and the first 3 digits available per available city.

The store was overall clean, organized by brands - Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. - plus a walls of accessories to choose from.

Parking can be tough because this Verizon is located across from Whole Foods. But you will get faster, more pleasant service than if you go to the Pleasanton location by far.

Most horrible staff they don’t know a think about and just refer you back to the Verizon site.
The person with whom I was talking was not interested in doing his job as well as very rude and not knowledgeable at all.

Don't go to this store at any cost!!

I hardly write reviews and this store made me write because of the experience. The agent that I worked did not ask me for any kind of confirmation but made multiple changes in my account. He added Verizon cloud services which was free for 1st month and then 6$ for 2 of the lines. He upgraded another line to Plus without showing me any confirmation or asking me if I am okay for it and that I have to pay 15$ additional for it. He also removed my Disney bundle. Note that even for 1 of the above 4 changes he NEVER asked my consent or showed the tablet screen. He was just mumbling to himself all the while not even telling what he was doing.
I had visited the same store last year and had a great experience overall. But after this year, realized online/phone service is many times better.
Please check your accounts after your visit this store. Worst experience ever!! I
