Called a few places to have my Mercedes ML350 brakes replaced. Rich was prompt in his reply to my inquiry. I asked a few questions and messaging via email was convenient. We confirmed the time, he ordered the parts ahead, dropped my car off the evening prior and they had the car ready by early afternoon the next day as promised. Great to work with and the brakes seems to be functioning well. Will be using them again.

Performance Autowerk is the place to go for superior service at a competitive price. I have an Audi S4 that had a cooling system issue. The dealership estimate was outrageous. Brian told me to bring over the car and he took care of the issue promptly. He kept in contact every step of the way. This guy is beyond knowledgeable and he’s an honest straightforward no nonsense kinda guy. For any issues going forward he will be my go to service tech. I’m beyond grateful.
