Worst experience ever at this store. We called the store and asked for the photo request and we placed a pickup order and the person answering the call said we will be able to pick up the photos and once we were at the store she said we cannot pick up anymore. I am not coming here again. And I do t recommend anyone to go there as well.

This pharmacy used to be pretty good. Now not so much. Auto refills are not automatically refilled. After a week of not being refilled I have to call them, wait on hold, then finally talk to someone to get it refilled. They tell me it will be ready in an hour and proceeds to hang up on me. I get a notification 5 minutes later saying my prescription is ready. Their customer service skills are severely lacking and their processing flow is haphazard. Time to find a new pharmacy.

This pharmacy is always a disaster. It takes them forever to help customers, they have terrible attitude, and they can’t even open on time. By the time we finally got out of line at 10:15 this morning, the pharmacy was still not open.

Very rude. Called as a provider to check availability of a medication for a client. Long wait time and the person answering was abrupt and hung up on me.
