This is by far the worst Bank of America I have ever been in. I have been here twice and both times there was no urgency in helping the long line. They have had one two two people working the windows and the first time I came the second person helped one person for about 35 minutes. Now today one person is working and hasn’t even looked up once or addressed the 6 people standing in line. There is multiple people who work here and are walking around with no concern in customer service! I wish I didn’t even come here it would have been worth the drive to go to the other location! This is the absolute last time I come into this branch!

Update still waiting…. A business teller has come out the back room and has asked to take the first person in the regular line. Although she covers the business line. But hey I’m here just waiting

We went for a wire transfer, but the lady told us they don’t do that there. Then, we went to another Bank of America in Pleasanton, and they helped us right away. Also, the guy at the counter loudly told another customer that she had a negative balance, which we all heard. It was so unprofessional, and I felt bad for her.

This is the worst Bank of America I have been to. And I have been there 3+ times for different matters and the experiences were all bad. The staff are unprofessional, dismissive, and not knowledgeable. I have waited 30 min past the appointment time just for them to tell me that they cannot help. The other time, they requested for an ID and after 45 min of wait time, they said i cannot be helped because I need a second form of ID. I have been to number of different BoA and never came across experience like here. Very disappointed.

Try to avoid the walk ins. Especially in the afternoon. 90 minute wait. Some of us waiting in the line asked for help to expedite the line. We were told it’s always like this in the afternoon. Only two tellers, remaining army is tending to appointments.

Today i went into the branch concerning a deposited check. The teller who helped me was unprofessional, rude, and very dismissive of the matter. After leaving this establishment i was left feeling judged, humiliated, and mistreated by the teller who was of Indian descent who sits at the desk to the left of the entrance. In the end Ann did help resolve the issue but the whole process was messy and lengthy. This is not the first time this has happened to my husband and I. We will begin banking elsewhere and i do plan on making a formal complaint.

Worst experience with Bank of America. I have business account with them on 21st I was in bank for wire transfer and cashier said I can’t do it because I am not trained for wire transfers. Then senior banker was called and she said to do it online by your self. I did wire transfer online my self but next day I got a call from customer care saying that I have to go to branch for verification. Again I reached branch after waiting 45 mins senior banker attended me around 2:30pm and she tried calling customer care till 3:00pm to do verification process. At 3pm another banker was introduced because call was not getting connected. Now 2nd banker informed that customer care close by 2:30pm because they work according to eastern time. After that I got a beautiful answer sorry can you please come tomorrow we will help you out. Again today I was in branch after waiting 45mins I walked to banker n asked why I am not attended it’s been 45mins. Banker replied we are sorry we are over booked. Branch employees are lack of knowledge customer care closing time is 8pm EST not 2:30pm. After all this I walked to railroad branch and they helped me right away. Never ever go to Dublin boulevard branch you will be disappointed for sure.
