I was considering trashing my old desktop and buying a new one soon for my home office. I stopped by NCAL to just take a look and see if I could get some more time out of the old one first. Long story short is I had NCAL rebuild my old desktop computer about 1 year ago. It still works perfect and is lightning fast at processing, uploading, & downloading. No need for a new computer. My dad and my brother and I have come here for computer parts since I was a kid. This is a great little family run shop. The guys working here know their business and make good recommendations when I am looking to upgrade parts or build a new machine. Anyone that is looking to build their own workstation I send here to price it out.

Went in to have my laptop looked at, I had no idea what was wrong with it. I was helped almost immediately and it turned out to be a real quick fix! I was charged nothing for the process, and the person who helped me explained what was wrong with my laptop. Would definitely recommend NCAL to other people with computer issues.

They let you drop off your computer anytime without an appointment unlike Best Buy. But they never called to update me in what was wrong with the computer and an estimate of when it would be fixed.
