My best friend and I rented an RV from this company and took it all the way from New York to California!! It was such an amazing trip, and after spending well over a week in this RV, I can definitely say I recommend it.

We drove in the winter, so we weren't able to have running water. That was something we knew going in, and it actually worked out perfectly fine. They helped walk us through how to use the tanks and all the different features of the RV. We had heat throughout the night even in the negatives. We ended up getting into a small accident, and the customer service line was super helpful and helped us find a replacement part and where to install it during our journey. The insurance was reliable, and we were reimbursed for the service with no deductible. And it was easier to drive than I expected it to be! All in all, we had a great time and I would recommend it.

These 4 weeks with our El Monte RV „Harri“ were on a lot of levels some of the most exciting and incredible of our lives. As RV-Newbies we were grateful for such an easy and kind company like El Monte to teach us the basics for the road and the RV. The service was always super helpful and friendly and if we were to get another RV as a rental, we would definitely come back to them!
Huge recommendation to everyone who is still deciding on a company!

The RV was so new and so clean. All the People at the check in (in Las Vegas) and at the check out (in San Francisco) were really really nice and clear about everything we needed to know. The engine was all good, it was very nice and easy to drive the tv around all the places we saw! We did not have any bad surprise, only a great vacation that we will never forget.

It was a blissful experience. We had Class C Family Sleeper. Went to Joshua Tree NP. It was a much better choice than 15 passenger van. Best price around the town and comfort level exceeds our expectations by miles. El monte RV we had blast.

We had a great time with our van! Eric took care of us and was friendly and efficient. We did have a few issues over the course of the six weeks we had the rental, but the online and phone support was always available and helpful.

The whole experience from beginning to end with El Monte was fantastic. The orientation to the vehicle in Las Vegas was thorough and allowed us to have a relaxing, trouble free experience. The motorhome was very clean and in excellent condition. The return of the vehicle was easy and the staff in San Francisco (Dublin) were a pleasure to deal with. Amazing place to rent from. Very friendly and professional staff. Eric was amazing, he showed the features of the RV and was a great host, very accommodating. We even had a minor collision and the company honoured the insurance policy we bought without any haggling or second questions. RV worked perfectly and was clean / smelled good. Would highly recommend, fun and easy experience.
