You're spark plug terminal ends do not have sufficient clamping ability, the clamping sides are to short, these are probably better suited for 7mm wire rather than 8.5mm. I had two spark plug terminals pull off the wire as I was trying to remove from the spark plug during a fitting/cutting procedure for my new engine. I've since replaced all 8 plug ends with better quality MSD-34604 terminals. See attached photos. I recommend you investigate better quality terminals that more securely clamp 8.5mm wire. The terminals you use are junk. I just purchased the TSP 8.5MM UNIVERSAL SPARK PLUG WIRE SET WITH 135° PLUG BOOTS, BLACK, SKU 85035, last week. Apparently you get what you pay for...

Excellent service. Hot rod builders know it takes years to build a hot rod and components for them carrying minimal warranties at best. I had a component failure that was purchased in 2021 but the car is just now complete. Top Street Performance stepped up and replaced the defective part even though warranty had long since past. Definitely a winning company in my book. Can't go wrong with good customer service. Well done TSP.

Customer service is pathetic. Products are absolutely junk. Bought a BBF fuel pump they claim to be 80gph lasted 3 days couldn’t even hold 3 psi. Called to return it because the original seller said after 30 days they can’t and the top street performance manager told me she will not do a refund. Do yourself a favor and buy quality products with decant people who stand behind them.

Outstanding customer service and quality products. I thought my TSP distributor had failed, so I called them and talked to George in tech support. He was very helpful and had me send the distributor to them for evaluation. He called me a couple of days later and said they tested the distributor and could not find anything wrong with it. He even sent me a video of the test. We determined that it was my coil (not a TSP product) that failed, not the distributor, so they sold me a new coil and shipped everything back to me.

I will definitely continue to do business with Top Street Performance. George is a great asset t the company.
