We reserved a trailer for today and was told we could do so on Monday by the lady we spoke with. And when we get there we are told you can't reserve a trailer. And they rented it out 2 hours before we arrived.

I love going in to any TSC store but especially my local Porterville store. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and fun. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about products and helpful.
I really enjoy looking at all the unique items available. I shop there mostly for pet supplies and my husband likes the selection of specialized farm type hardware, that’s hard to find in other places. We can’t forget the old fashioned treats on the way out.

I shop here weekly because I have to. New red haired woman seems to act like she’s in charge of everyone’s position. Way too unpleasant and loud for me. Stopped me at the door so she could control what I was shopping for, even though I knew exactly where I was going. So startling and uncomfortable with her walkie talkie. Wouldn’t even look at me when I left. Lucky I bought anything at all this round.

Went today 8/14/22 about 1pm and 1 rude lady, if it wasn’t for my son being there, no telling what could of happened! I will not be going back! Rude and disrespectful people! I’ve been going there since they opened and picking up orders for people I know, but this 1 lady was rude I forgot to get her name I’ll be going back to get it and I’ll post who she is! I was so mad that I didn’t even look for a name! I Will not be going back until I have her fired!!!

A few weeks ago my young neighbor found a newborn kitten and didn't know what to do with it. When I got home she came to me and said she can't keep it and gave it to me. I didn't know much more. I called Petsmart to ask if they had any milk and bottles so I could feed the kitten. They told me they couldn't look for me. I explained the situation and told them I couldn't come look and waste time. It was around 8:30pm everything was closing. I then called Tractor Supply and explained the same thing.They immediately told me yes they had them my fear was I wouldn't make it before they closed. (I live across town)They told me to come now I would make it. My daughter and I took the kitten and left. When we got there not only did they show us where to find everything they actually explained what and how to do it. Then the person that answered the phone saw us and wanted to see the kitten. She then explained other helpful things to help us take care of her. Even the cashier was helpful and caring.That was my first time in the store and it certainly left a wonderful impression on me. I wish more businesses cared about their customers like they do. Thank you Tractor Supply!!! (the kitten is now in a wonderful home)

I have been a regular customer in your Porterville, California store since it opened. On my first visit I signed up for your rewards program. I have never received any notifications in my email. I've discussed it with store personnel and reentered my email address numerous times. I have contacted your help desk via telephone and still receive no rewards notifications. Being a frequent shopper, I've spent hundreds of dollars in your store. I have been assured numerous times that the problem is being addressed, but to no avail regarding my status.

Having given it some thought, I believe I may know the problem. When my email is entered into your system it is automatically changes it to upper case letters. Most email addresses are case sensitive. My email address is all lower case. I've mentioned that to store employees, as well. I have always been told it shouldn't make a difference.

However, I'm not sure of their technical knowledge or ability and would venture to speculate it just may be a problem. It has become so frustrating and disappointing, I don't even bother to give them my phone number any more. I've also heard from other shoppers and employees that it has always been a problem. That, too, is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope you can find some way to efficiently reward your loyal customers in the future.

Awesome customer service, I was on hold with Lowes for over 20 mins searching for a product. Long story short Tractor supply got our purchase and Lowes lost out. I will check with TS first from now on.
