I can't say enough good things about Jay @ Arc One Metals! My project was unusual and not in the normal scope of the work done by other metal fabricators I had contacted previous to contacting Arc One Metals. However unlike the other owners, who simply said that they couldn't do my project; Jay's professional, great client service and metal knowledge allowed me to have a great gift to present to my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary. His timely performance/delivery were greatly appreciated also. You can't go wrong with Arc One Metals!

One of my iron metal chair broke and since I work in redwood city I thought to search on Yelp for a reliable welding company. I came across Jay with Arc One Metals. I reached out to him by sending a detailed email about my problem. Jay responded to my email instantaneously and asked me some questions so that he can get a feel of how my issues can be resolved. Not only did he communicated via email, but he contacted me verbally as well to further discuss. His time was dedicated to his customer 24/7 to any questions and concerns i had and he addressed it very professionally. Jay was very understanding and he cared as if you were his family. His work was a stellar, clean, concise, and detailed. His turn around time to get the job done was remarkable. I highly recommend Jay with no hesitation. You will not regret his line of work.
