Randall is a tone genius! I have brought this man many of my studio amps, for either simple repairs or complex modifications. He has always exceeded my expectations with his work and always brought out the best in my gear.

For the type of records I mix, master and reamp. The guitar sound is one of the most important aspects of the sound. And having your amps preform at its peak is essential. Randall can make your amps the best version it can be.

Brought an amp someone gave me. Brought it in, charged me $150, said he replaced something.

Same thing happened later, I just forgot to press a button. Amp was never opened nor repaired. Just hit a button.

People that have a prey attitude are creepers.

Randall took my dying Laney Protube 100 and turned it into my favorite amp in the world. Every time I seek a tone, I find it with the amp. He is able to get a lot of clarity in a lot of gain.
Best tone consultation prior to getting the work done. Matched components to the tone and feel I was looking for. Also took care of so many of the voltage regulating and noise I was having trouble with.
He took one of my favorite amps and made it an amp I won't live without.
He is a great musician who understands what musicians want to hear and play.

First time in there. Brought my marshall tube amp to get repaired. Wait was minimal compared to other places I looked at. Marty and Robert were both extremely helpful with making sure i got all the info i needed. Lots of cool guitars, amps, pedals. Very talented&professional employees and would recommend this place to anyone.
