Working with the team at H&S handrails has been nothing short of a great experience. From first communication, Walter was extremely thorough in understanding what my goals were for my project and helping me to design the metal bars I wanted installed on my home. They were very patient as I was going through an entire remodel on my home so they kept checking in to make sure we still wanted to work together and to reach out when ready - highlighting their desire for the job. Vlad came out to my home and did an initial measurement of all windows, and showed me all of the previous designs he had done on other homes for items such as gates, fences, etc. They were absolutely stunning and definitely highlighted his skill in his profession. I showed him the exact design I wanted for my windows, and he let me know it would be no problem. They were great with making me aware of the timeline and stuck to their promised date. Install was smooth and was completed within one day by a team of 6 men. They were all very professional. Even when I noticed there was a little bit of painted that had chipper upon installation, Vlad was extremely thorough in walking around to every window to inspect and touch up the paint. Altogether, H&S was INCREDIBLE to work with and I would absolutely hire them again in the future. They did great work and were beyond impressive to work with. Super great communication (responses within 30 minutes) and really want to make sure they accomplish exactly what you want! Highly recommend!

I needed to replace a hand railing that was rotting and looking unsightly and becoming unsafe. I decided to get it done out of metal rather than wood for looks and longevity. Luckily I came across H&S. I can't say enough good about them. They came out and took measurements. Turns out all the railings in my neighborhood don't even meet code (not high enough). Thankfully H&S are fully aware of the code requirements and brought me up to code with the new handrail. The pictures will show you what an amazing job they did. The welds are perfect, Everything was perfectly straight, the finish is excellent. They used Black Powder coating which is superior to just paint. I could not be happier. Their prices are also very reasonable. It was truly a pleasure doing business with H&S and I would highly recommend them

Walter and his crew designed and installed a balcony railing built to custom spec and did a remarkable job! The installation was done in minutes and our railing has gotten MANY remarks of praise from neighbors. I would absolutely recommend H&S to anyone looking into a project that requires ironwork.
