The new management is awesome! They are a very caring, considerate and helpful family. It is a very lovely place to live with great views from the surrounding areas. Summer time is awesome because other families gather at the pool for a swim and visiting. It is an affordable quiet place to live!!

UPDATE: This review popped up today and I wanted to add to it. I won't change anything that was previously said. I had to take the Maintenance man/Manager to Court to get him to agree to leave me alone. I moved a year ago andI only wish I had done it sooner. I couldn't be happier. I lived in the Park for 6 yrs and it was not a good experience. It was a miserable place to live. If anyone would like to dispute this, I had to install security cameras and still have the videos. I would be happy to post them to prove the harassment by the Manager Alice and her husband Ralph.

Stay clear of this Park unless you like being harassed, called a C__t by the alcoholic intoxicated Maintenance man and have his wife the Manager flipping you off as she drives by. It is very uncomfortable and I don't feel safe living here as a single woman. I no longer walk my dog or ride my bicycle as I did the first year I lived here because of my attempt to avoid this employee. You rarely see residents out and about in the Park so I don't believe I am the only person who feels this way.

If you're in the market for a manufactured home and you just want to be outside in the country away from the city this is definitely worth checking out huge manufactured homes beautiful clean Park friendly people right off the freeway need I say more check out the photos
