I have only good words to say about New Cyberian! They just printed my first music CD and I am very impressed with the quality of the results! The artwork is crystal clear, packaging is flawless, and of course the audio is accurate. Best of all, they are very helpful and give a personal touch, answering phone and offering advice and help in the process of submitting the necessary elements. Pricing is great too. Highly recommended.

We have used New Cyberian for two separate projects over the past year and could not be more pleased.

The team at New Cyberian, Jet and Sylvia, are incredibly personable, detail oriented, responsive, and professional, and their rates are extremely reasonable.

Jet may be my favorite salesperson of all time, and I can't recall ever working with someone more dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of his customers before and after the sale. You'll understand once you work with him.

We had several special needs for our projects that added considerable logistical complexity. Not only was Jet willing to work with us to meet these needs, but he didn't gouge us for the additional service as most vendors would jump at the chance to do.

New Cyberian offers a level of personal service that simply does not exist at the larger duplication houses, and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Here's another rave review for New Cyberian! Seriously, I can't recommend them enough. I have worked with them on three different projects all of which were quick-turnaround, time sensitive orders. They came through with a flawless product ahead of deadline each time, and were so relaxed and easy to work with, making a potentially stressful situation chill and worry-free. Wonderful service! Isaac was honest, calm, straightforward and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered as soon as possible. I realized after having already sent my CDs to print that I had made an error and sent him an e-mail, hoping he'd catch it the next morning (and hoping they didn't start printing already) but he called me 10 minutes later and helped me get everything right. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is! The job was done fast and the result is absolutely beautiful (they have many options for different looks.)

It's great to have a local printing / duplication place in San Jose that is dependable, and provides high quality results! Also the prices are very reasonable!

The results exceeded my expectations. I have had a lot of errors occur in the past with other vendors, and was happy to have my project with them turn out perfect with no problems at all!
