My puppy outgrew his Shabrack purchased from a competitor. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of his small one, so I decided to try Ruffian Specialties. I am so glad I ordered through them. This Shabrack was similarly priced, yet the quality was way better. To top it off, I goofed and only ordered one "in training" patch and when I contacted customer service to purchase a second one, they provided it free of charge, including the shipping. Great company to do business with - plus - their turnaround was very fast.

I received a Ruffian tool bag as a gift about a year ago and traded in an old nasty traditional tool box. I'm 65 and I wish I had this bag a few decades ago, I certainly would still have it and certainly this will be passed on to the next two generations at least. I will be getting two more bags soon, one for my wood tools and another for my electrical tools. This is a great example of a small American company making a world class product being successful against low quality, high volume junk imported from overseas.
