HUGE shoutout to Alex and James for taking a walk in early in the morning and making my boys feel comfortable while getting their haircut and leaving feeling and looking super saucy. I can’t thank both of you enough my boys haven’t stop smiling since we left the barber shop. 10/10 recommend stopping by and getting that cut by Alex or James THANK YOU !!!

If u thinking about going there please don’t do it. Especially if you got thicker hair pattern they got me so messed up after they made my hair line squiggly I asked if they can fix it and maybe try and take it back slightly and the girl there took my stuff back a lot pass my normal hairline and messed me up completely. I’m a lightskin kid with a 3c-4a hair type so my hair gets thicker around my hairline and I promise they just don’t know how to cut or do that type of hair atleast just not for me. When the enhancement came off it looked terrible and on top of that the enhancement the guy used turned purple (Alex) hy I’m snitching on top of that bro told me he was COLOR BLIND NO LIE. Now I gotta walk away w a messed up hairline and go to school with a lil bit of purple on it. On top of that I think that lady on sum wierd witch stuff because she has a pentagram on her arm. Stay blessed up yall.

Alex has been my barber ever since great work excellent cuts , fades , you name it you need a cut he got you… love the vibe at the shop and music that goes along with it .. highly recommend this barber shop make sure you make an appointment with Alex.. 💯 🔥

Took my 2 boys here to get fresh cuts for the new school year. It was our first time here. As a working mom I really appreciate them being open past 5!!! Its a nice spot and clean. Both barbors took their time and gave them great haircuts. Both of my boys and myself were very pleased with their professionalism and service!!! Thank you guys!!!

(*I am bad at remembering names, but the person who did my hair is great*) Contacted the business ( although you see it as Razors and Barbers Hemet East when you google it, Braids and Fades is the same thing/place (( or visca-versca )) ) through google overnight ( like 12:30am) and they replied the next morning ( around 7:30am) before their business even opened ( at 8am). I thought that was great response time. Walked in to my appointment and was greeted as soon as I walked in and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely nice to see so early in the morning. The atmosphere was super chill and the time went by quick. All the employees were laid back and chill also. We had good conversations and the price was great for the work done. I walked in with a partially nappy fro ( see the 8am pictures with the fro ) and walked out with some very professional and well done work ( see the 10am results for comparison) . Tenderheads take heart, the braider, although she does some very tight braids, is very gentle and the warming brush she uses prior to braiding makes you feel really nothing. My wife pulls the heck out of my hair, this was relaxing by far for comparison. She ( the braider ) also gave me a helpful tip to increase the longevity of the braids. As for location, it is easy to find. It is in the Stater Brother's shopping center on the corner of Florida and Stanford. Right across from the Pizza Hut. Parking isn't an issue as there is parking curb side out front of the business and plenty of close proximity parking in the lot. I didn't pay attention to whether or not there was a ramp on the curb for easier wheelchair accessibility or not, so sorry for that. But the door into the business is not wheelchair accessible. You will need to open it manually, but I do believe ( I may be wrong) it is wide enough to compensate a wheelchair. I saw people of different ages, gender, and ethnicity come and go in my time getting braided up. All were treated the same; with that same warm welcome, professionallity, speed of service, and quality of work. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this business and the work they do. I will also be using their services again in the future.
