Super cute! Fun hammocks in the room. Comfortable bed. Bayleigh at the front desk was so sweet and gave us the perfect start to the day. Super close to everywhere you want to be! Awesome fire pits. I keep coming back!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.I paid $380 for my stay, but I think it’s worth no more than $80 per night. The room was terrible and nothing like the pictures.

The air conditioning was extremely dry and uncomfortable, and it would often make loud noises suddenly, waking me up countless times during the night. The kettle was filthy and completely unusable. There wasn’t even a basic hairdryer in the room. The door was very difficult to close. The room wasn’t very clean, and there was leftover food from the previous guest in the fridge. The shower was very cramped, and water from the showerhead sprayed everywhere.

I will never stay here again and strongly do not recommend it. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had in the United States.

Not a great value... wouldn't stay here again. The heater in the room is a joke, loud as monster. I had to turn it off... Shower head is like showering from a hose.
It's just an overpriced motel, that's far away from town. Yes, it's buttered to make it it modern looking.
Staff is AMAZINGLY friendly & dogs are welcome... but for the price I'd expect a bathtub, carpet, modern and silent heater.

Stayed here for one night on a drive to Southern California. Seemed like hotel was fully booked. The room was….less than ideal. Bathroom was pretty filthy and had lots of water damage (peeling tile, floors, windowsill. The shower had a horrible leak so we ended up with a soaked bathroom floor. Would have been fine for less money but for the rate we paid we were a bit disappointed. Location is great though.

I am appreciative of the service provided by staff and management in support of the successful resolution of a dispute with a 3rd part biking agent.

Their intervention saved me from a $240 loss.

I had encountered technical difficulties while trying to make a reservation after hours.

I didn't stay there, so can't comment on accommodations but they make great espresso drinks in the coffee shop.

We stayed here for one night during our road trip through the Pacific Northwest, and it was the perfect midway stop (versus a motel by the highway with nothing else around). The hotel is located in a charming mountain town, with lakes and trails nearby if you have time to explore.

Our room, a double queen, was spacious, with modern and very clean amenities. Initially, we were hesitant due to some recent negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised to check in to a beautiful lodge and spotless rooms. The staff mentioned that they were short-staffed during peak seasons, which might explain the bad reviews.

A few great perks include a cute café, a cozy workspace, free mountain bike rentals for guests, and complimentary s’mores by the campfire. Everything was perfect! I love the hotel’s concept, designed for mountain adventurers, and can’t wait to check out their other locations across the West.

Best part is they are super dog friendly!!!

🤯 Blizzard Lockout & Broken Promises! 😠 Our friends were locked out of their room during a winter storm 🥶. 30-minute wait, no help, forced to sleep in our room. "CJ" promised a free night (via email) that never happened. Our room was also dirty! 🤢 Seriously, avoid this place! ⛔

So many things that I didn’t like,

*Room was too cramped.
*Some of plugs were not working, had a hard time finding charging plug.
*Light in room was really insufficient.
*You could easily hear people walking out or above you in middle of night, don’t stay if light sleeper.
*They charged $30 for 10 minutes of overstay, which they didn’t communicate and I had to find out via my bank statement

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay when you’re paying hefty amount, there are plenty of other options.
