I really appreciate the staff here at Aim they make it so easy to mail off items they are affordable and quick I always come here to do all my mailing business rather than going to the post office. I had a great experience coming in to this mail center to ship a package. I had my own label from Amazon so there was no money in it for them but they treat me like I was spending hundreds of dollars. The girl smiled and spoke to me with respected and greeted me very kindly.

Did some notary work here for docs I had to mail. The owner is the notary and he's a pretty cool guy. They got me in and out quickly and were very friendly. Glad I found this place. I'll use them when I'm shipping stuff.

Sadly customer service has gone down hill. Since Chuck died and the two gals that ran it with him have left the service has gone down hill. You are greeted but that is it. I am a regular there and ship things often! Yesterday I was handed a pen and told to write the address on the package! I have never had to do that and my contacts are all in their computer. Simply needed to ask me my name and who I was shipping to, print the label for the package, I pay and leave happy. If I wanted crappy service I'd go get verbally abused at the post office for having my cell phone ring while in their presence!

Horrible place to recieve mail one if the employee keep sending my mail back this is the 3rd time they took my social security card as well I would not trust them and they don't feel bad either it's definitely something shady going on with Miriam no matter how sweet ahe looks my mail has been opened as well supervisors in on Wednesday but they also don't care.
