Came in to have a resubmit for livescan that was rejected (original livescan was done elsewhere) and the gals in the shop were so incredibly kind and helpful. They explained the paperwork and process to me patiently and took my fingerprints with no issue. Would 10/10 recommend coming here as the staff were so sweet.

I went to 1 stop Mail shop because I needed to get a paper notarized in order for me to continue my process in getting my real I.D. drivers license. I went on a Saturday and Valerie was there to assist me. There were two ladies ahead of me that Valerie was assisting with their live scan finger printing. When it came my turn, Valerie notarized the papers and got it mailed out for me to reach it's destination by Monday. The shop is clean, has supplies for you to ship things, has a range of inventory of novelties, and there are mailboxes for you to rent instead of getting one at the actual post office. You can get your pages delivered there instead of your home if you are worried about porch pirates in your neighborhood. I checked on Monday and my paperwork arrived when she said it would. I got what I needed mailed back to me so I could continue my process within the time frame I needed. Everything was reasonably priced and I will be using their services from now on.

Tuesday morning I called to make an appointment for Friday afternoon at 4pm with a notary. I was told that no appointment was necessary, the notary would be there. I said that my documents required that I bring "unrelated witnesses" and so an appointment would be nice to be sure we were all 4 able to meet there and sign together. She said that yes, she would make an appointment in that case, for Friday at 4.

On our way to meet our witnesses and sign there on Friday, I called to double check that I had to location correct only to find the notary had gone home for the day.

I need live scans regularly as an independent contractor. This is the closest place to me, but unfortunately on 2 back-to-back, but separate occasions the quality of the finger prints were rejected. I won't be making the mistake again by giving them a 3rd chance.

What is better than one Angela? Two of them!! If I get great service, I let everyone know, and I'm letting everyone know that this place is fantastic. Angela, and Angela, are so nice and genuine. Great, and essential qualities to have when you deal with the public. From the time I walked in until I left, they were attentive and so helpful. I had some printing and faxing to do, and they made it easy for me. Everything about my experience was 5 stars. I won't go anywhere else for my printing and faxing or shipping needs. I have found a great place. If you are going somewhere else, you are missing out on the best place around. Angela, and Angela, see you two wonderful ladies soon. Thanks again.
