Solid company to work with, they will ALWAYS go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. My bed rack was way more than I could have expected when I placed my order initially.

I am incredibly disappointed with the product and customer service. I have one of their grills on my Tacoma, and it started rusting between 1-2 years after installation. I contacted them to see what the appropriate way to take care of this was. First I was told to just use some Rustoleum paint to paint over it, which really didn't seem like an appropriate solution. Once I sent pictures, they admitted it was beyond what some spray paint could fix. Their solution was for me to take it to get blasted and powder coated, which would be a significant cost to me (almost as much as the grill originally cost). In my opinion, if their grill is rusting this badly only 2 years after installation, it is something that THEY should fix!

Update: They left a response to this review stating that the roads being salted is the cause of the rust. However, where I am located, up at 9,000 feet in the mountains of Colorado, they don't use salt because it gets to cold. Once again, they are trying to shift the blame and make it my problem, instead of taking responsibility for their product.

Ordered some bolt on rock sliders for my 2020 tacoma and was very pleased on how they came out. It was around 3 month wait but I was told that would be a close estimate of when I should have been expecting them. The quality was superb, but the overall customer support is what got me on here wanting to drop a 5 star rating. Price was definitely fair in my opinion for the quality of the product.

I ordered and received a bed rack for my tundra almost 2 1/2 years ago from BAY AREA METAL FABRICATION. The quality and attention to detail is undeniable.

Even after constant use, everywhere from the forest to the desert it still looks great.

Would I do it again YUP!! As a matter of fact I am doing it again.

My situation has changed and I now need a lower profile rack so my new rack is ordered.

I was only able to put up 5 stars on this review but feel it should be more.

This is the part of the review that I say , yes I would recommend this to a friend. I have even recommended BAMF to a handful of strangers that have approached me to ask about the rack.

Was told multiple times that the order was “2 weeks out” after asking for multiple updates was told it was actually 8-12 weeks. Website specified “a few weeks to ship”, when I suggested they update their website to better manage customer expectations they canceled my order that I had been waiting 8 weeks for. Extremely unprofessional, extremely long lead times
