So i co-own a small mom and pop Restaurant in Hollywood and Ángel and his team were amazing. I needed a steam table specially made for my kitchen space considering my kitchen space is very small and unique that most of the industry standard tables wouldn’t be able to fit in that space. Angel came by, measured the space, and made my custom table to perfection. It took about 5-6 days but the wait was worth it considering the quality of craftsmanship was really great. The stainless steel is the of the highest quality and this looks like an instrument that will endure the test of time. After they finished the build, we later scheduled the install and it went smooth. They even came out the next day after the initial install to install a temperature knob to help decrease or increase the flame to our desired temp. I will be having this team be a part of our team for years to come. I actually have more work for them. I now need a special custom prep table and maybe in the future a complete walk-in fridge wall upgrade with shelves. Thank you guys!

I found Miguel's Sheet Metal via Google search because I needed a sheet metal duct cover modified. Called em up, discussed what I was looking to accomplish, dropped it off, and BAM!!! Modification completed as discussed and available for pick up the VERY next day!

Will definitely go back for a future project.
