Worst customer service experience ever. First they forgot to ship the order for 3 weeks, even though I specifically checked to see if items were in stock and shippable when I ordered it. When we received, they dimensionally messed up the product we ordered and told us the wrong sizes when we ordered. We called no less than 4 times straightening this out. We lost our deadline time for the customer reparations because of BRM negligence to actually taking care of us as a customer.

To make matters worse, we had to get a refund on some of the product, for which we asked for an updated invoice for the items that worked that we were keeping (I still had to alter the product for our ends even though we still offered to pay for it). They still messed up emailed a credit memo and no invoice. Can't even email a simple invoice....

Worst service I have ever had in my life. The person had no knowledge on the product and basically told me to bad. Spent over $500 and they sent me the wrong product and it was used. And it is a prohibited product for California but its made in Las Angeles. And made of plastic so not durable.

I give them 1 star for actually putting the purchasers ext as option #4. Called Purchasing department and was pretty much hung up on. I was cut off mid sentence.
