Sent an E-Mail asking for a return spring for a 1917 Stewart Warning Signal. The response was courteous and immediate. Through a series of pictures and E-Mails, James sent me a 'sample' that worked! When I asked the cost I was told they were just happy it worked and a review would be payment enough. Review it is!! Excellent company and product!

Haven't encountered such amazing customer service in a long time (if ever). I received a response to an inquiry same day on a Saturday; and when it turned out that I had ordered the wrong springs, they immediately helped me figure out which springs were correct and replaced the wrong springs within a few days. All e-mails are responded to within minutes, not hours (or even days). The product was also well-made and specs were exactly as ordered. Can't say enough good things about these guys (thank you James)!

They are not a fast. They do give samples which is good but they just don’t have good customer service. They don’t answer phone or call back if you leave a sample with a phone number. They ask 3 days to pull an order. How can you run a business in LA and ask 3 days to pull an order?

I ordered a few springs Wednesday I needed by Saturday and selected 2-day shipping. Their system glitched and didn’t go through until Thursday and they overnighted my package once it became clear what had happened. I will definitely buy from them again.
