I have been working with BOMME for a little over a year now and still do not have all of my products. I placed my order in November of 2021, and I was guaranteed to have all of my inventory by January 30th, 2022. It is now November of 2022, and I am missing close to half of my products. Furthermore, I reached out to the whole team regarding this matter 8 days ago and have been ghosted since. This isn't the first time this has happened though. Throughout the past year, there have been numerous instances where the team takes days or weeks to respond, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I invested my own time and money into this company and trusted that BOMME would take good care of me, but unfortunately, I feel taken advantage of.
