I bought an Advent 200 machine many years ago. From time to time, I've had to replace worn parts. Peter one of the technicians has always been available to help me. He's even given me his cell number. This last time I had to replace the feed tires. When I put the machine back it didn't work. I called Peter 7:30 AM and he didn't pick up. I sent him a text with my problem and he called me back. He explained exactly how the machine should have been put back. Once I put it back properly it worked.
There customer service is second to none. The machine has lasted me many years and I highly recommend the company.
