I wanted to say thank you for the help. Great service! When I called, a lovely lady was able to answer my questions and provide support. The crew that arrived was respectful and worked quickly.

One word, corruption. The manager, Akin Okupe, was from Kenya and did his masters in South Africa. One thing he knows well is how to get kickbacks.
When I went to apply for connection, he told, send your contractor, he knows how things work here. Yes, the contractor knows how to offer kickbacks in order to get permit done. Inspection is not performed at all, even though they charge fees for application and connection.
I hope, one day, karma does justice to all the ill gotten wealth Mr Okupe earned

Terrible, disgusting place. Akintunde is an irresponsible and negligent manager; making clients wait months before servicing them or checking plans. Extremely rude staff, so unprofessional, and very obviously barely trained!!! The city of East Palo Alto needs to find better people to run this place!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
