Love these guys - seriously, if you have heard of them online or drove by, you need to take the time to check them out next time you need work done. They are really a friendly, flexible, accessible, and hard-working TEAM that anyone like you and I can use. Their mechanics are Top Notch - extremely professional, informative and knowledgeable. They explained all my options and I didn't feel pressure or any upselling which was important to me.

I was a little skeptical at first, wondering if my experience would live up to the expectations I had in mind. Happy to say that they completely beat my expectations, from value, to communication, to quality of work. Overall, this will forever be my go-to shop when I need regular maintenance, or service.

I am very happy with the work this shop did setting up my carpet cleaning trailer with used equipment that I brought in.

The owner took the time to listen to all my ideas and approached the project as if the equipment was his own, making sure that everything was done right, without cutting corners.

He also made sure to check with me throughout the process as the price increased, giving options for saving money, and never pushing unnecessary work.
There were several places where he could have charged more, but he went out of the way to keep the price down.

Bottom line: Communication, quality of work, and overall price were excellent. Thank you!

Kevin at Instock Supply is absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the carpet cleaning service industry. Interlink helps a little but seems to have an attitude that "if you spend, we can help!" Kevin at Instock on the other hand has repeatedly sincerely helped me and tried to save me money instead of trying to take advantage because I'm new in the business. Not only would I recommend Kevin and Instock Supply....even though I have to drive forty minutes and pass three other stores up on the way, it is more than worth it. When I spend, it will always be with Instock. This type of service is what America is about! It's too bad there is not more people who do business like this. Thank You Kevin! You've beyond earned my business.

You like them they like you! You treat them with respect they will treat you with respect. You don't treat them with respect they will not treat you with respect! If you show that you care they may show that they do or do not care. So if you are there be aware to beware!

Other than that they have great products at great prices and I do recommend anybody in the cleaning business to give the store at least a museum look over.

I been in the carpet cleaning business for 20 years, I meet Tod (owner) as they were getting started years ago. Tod and all his folks at Instock supply have been helpful and in my time of most need they have helped me get the jod done. Fixing my equipment sometimes in as just a few minutes. I come in with questions on new stains or problems and Tod guides me to a new product or reminds me of the basics of carpet/Tile cleaning. When I have needed to rent equipment their right their, when I need flood equipment their their Just wanted to take a moment and thank Tod and Mona for been their for EXTREME CARPET CARE WE THANK YOU!
