I was looking to rent a business mailbox and saw that this place offers 24/7 secure access to your mailbox unlike other places that only gives you access during business hours. Apparently it’s under new ownership now! Sunny was so helpful in helping me setup a business mailbox account. She even offered 1 month free on a 6 month mailbox rental as a new owner’s promotion! They’re doing 1 month free for a 6 month rental and 2 months free for a yearly rental. So glad I stopped by!!

The most stubborn and unprofessional owner I've ever dealt with. Not only does he send me rude and insulting texts, but he has intentionally discriminated against me and gives me worse service than his other customers. He has specifically told me this. He's lost a package of mine, is unwilling to secure my packages properly, yells at me, and makes me jump through hoops all because he lost one of my packages and we agreed to a resolution. I didn't expect that resolution to include being harassed and abused every time I get a new package from him.

Setup an appointment to do livescan. The operator did not have the information that livescan are supposed to have to complete our form for DOJ and FBI. Complete waste of our time and money as the livescan needed to be redone by a different company.

The Guy is rude & speaks horrible English. Two times went there and both the times he told me to put the package on the floor without offering any receipt. I had to ask for that as packages contained PCs worth $1000 each. Everyone must ask for receipt. If possible go some other place and tell others to do so. He should not be in business.

After I dropped off a package there, a week went by and it still wasn't in transit after checking the tracking #. Apparently UPS lost my package after they picked it up, but the store clerk was super awesome and she called UPS and they eventually found the package (it got lodged in a weird spot at their Cerritos facility so it went unnoticed). Great service

​I never write reviews, but this business is so exceptional - I had too. Bring your gifts, parcels, packages. They'll box them for you affordably, efficiently, courteously and professionally.
No Lines, convenient hours. They'll give you all the major carriers and pricing options. I no longer live in La Mirada but I gladly make the drive. Anything bigger than a letter goes through them only. It's a no-brainer.
