I purchased a TC-8 Meat grinder and one of the grinder plates was not in the box. I contacted them and within a minute I was talking to customer service in a chat and after providing an order number they confirmed my mailing address and email and phone and sent an email confirming the conversation that said they will send one with tracking information when it is shipped. It was an incredibly fast response. I suppose it is a bit disappointing that one grinder was missing but I did get the grinder faster than stated when ordering and it is in great shape so I guess if I was in an immediate need to stuff some sausage that might be more of an issue but everything I received was packaged well with not stains or rust on blades or grinder plates so a few more days wait which was when it was supposed to arrive is an issue but for me no reason to give less than 5 stars.

When the product was received and found to be damaged, I immediately contacted the merchant and got a free replacement quickly. The manufacturer's service is very good. The slicer itself comes with an automatic blade sharpening feature, but it has not been used yet. The slicer has been used about 10 times by now and is still in very great condition with sharp blades that don't need sharpening. Compared with my old slicer, this slicer is much more versatile for cutting frozen meat and Ham. I use it mostly for cutting frozen lamb. I tried cutting the frozen lamb into slices of different thicknesses, and the cuts all went quite smoothly. This slicer can cut frozen lamb into very thin slices, as thin as paper. When cutting, if you push too fast you may get meat flakes splattering to the periphery, lowering the speed of the push improves it greatly, and cleaning is a little easier. All in all, I'm quite happy with the slicer so far.
