Especially bad service. For 2 days during rain customers overflowed the restaurant. This morning a manager walked up to my table and asked me to leave because I wasn’t a customer (I have the drink club membership.) today the Panera is empty and I was targeted at the empty Panera within a minute or 2 of walking in. She didn’t ask, she simply told me I had to leave.

Unfortunately I only walked in day 3x in a row bc the Carl’s Jr employee next to this location never gave my debit card back the day before and was actually unhelpful and difficult to return my card to me across the counter as it was in the cash box.

Behavior in combination, these people are thieves.

There’s other reviews about management being “manipulative” unaccountable, poor, rude. Wish Panera would do something!

The good was good, but NOT worth the money we spent! The restaurant was not clean, there were sorry dishes pulled up, no staff walking around to clean tables etc. I'm very disappointed.

i ordered the "2 for something special" that they have and i honestly enjoyed it. i had the chicken avocado sandwich with the chicken Mac n cheese. both of these items were very good but the portions were very small. i understand that you're getting a smaller size because of the special but the order just did not fill me up.

$20 for this meal plus one soup or coffee ㅋㅋㅋ. The soup is salty and has an old taste. It was the best bakery 6-7 years ago...Are the apples with stickers washed well? ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Decided to do curbside pickup which took just as long as the food being cooked. When I opened my food it was cold and the bow wasn’t even filled halfway. This is a $10 plate, yet they barely even filled it. The plate itself only has chicken, rice, and broccoli, which are not expensive, so why have such a high price? This place is not worth your time and money. I recommend you go to another place where you’ll get more value for your buck and save you time.

Full of older Koreans most days, family atmosphere, small gay pride flag shown on shelf. Prices are not cheap. I'm paying for the comfortable booths, "FREE" WiFi, and relatively clean restroom. The food is OK.
