Excellent location, my truck broke down and the employees in here were extremely friendly and allowed me to wait inside while my tow truck arrived. Diana has to be the worst Grainger employee. I talked to 3 customer service representative over the phone and another 1 in person and they were all pleasant and extremely helpful but Diana was rude and unhelpful, she lied to me. She said that no returns can be made if the parts didn't fit, her words, "it has to be in sellable condition in original packaging". Not only she was wrong, I think she was malicious with intent to make it harder for me to secure the parts I needed. Grainger, you can do better than having this person as part of your customer service team. She has a bad attitude with unwillingness to help and on top of that she lies to your customers.

Was in town doing a job and needed some headlamps, as we were working at night with low lighting.

Called the 800 number, checked inventory for the store before I drove down and placed my will call order.

Got to the store was helped by a young man and grabbed everything I needed plus a few extras, as we all know, never hurts to have some additional tools lol

This place is big and carry all you need for exceptions of some items that cannot be sold here in Calif. Don't know Why you cannot sell a pool motor here in Calif. After all nice warehouse

I purchased a shop press online and chose to pickup the item using their curbside delivery. The service is offered on their website and was confirmed as my pickup option. Associates at the store have no idea what this service is. After a 30 minute wait in my car and another 15 wait in the store just to pick up my purchase. A terrible experience!
