Love this ACE Hard were . IN OAKDALE California, and Thay always have everything I need. And the staff is so knowledgeable and nice. They even have dog trees for my little dog. Very nice. God friendly store. Awesome Ace Hardware, my favorite by far.

What really made this particular visit special to me is the sales representative by the name of Bryce. He is very friendly, caring, and attentive. The store itself was clean. However, I feel the prices are a little high. They also ended up not having the item that I needed. I'd shop at this store again if I'm ever in the neighborhood thanks to Bryce!

Can't get OEM keys cut anymore, they will only cut their garbage third party blanks, the employees also lie about being able to do it. Management needs to get their act together. The store has been recently been going downhill ever since the new ownership.

I needed rope cut, waited around 45 minutes, woman clerk with blonde hair didn’t care about doing her job. I purchased my other things which I had to go in back to pick up. They charged me for wrong items. I had to go back in. No apology, I will be shipping at tractor supply from now on. And I definitely will spread the news. Staff doesn’t care.

I came to get a deal I saw on their website and their system didn’t match but they made sure I got the price that was advertised although it was a hassle for them. They were happy to do it and I appreciated it.

Love our small town ace. They still have a nut and bolt room where you find any screw, nut ,bolt,ect parts and out them in a bag yourself. Love old hometown stores

Since the new owners have taken over the store has done a spring cleaning of sorts and done some rearranging. Looks very nice! I always thought the employees were always cheerful and helpful but they are even more cheerful and helpful if thats possible. Really do LOVE going into this store! They have a nice assortment of outdoor plants available now. Such nice color options.
