Horrible experience. I can not believe I was being accused of being a liar and a thief. Yeah he might've not directly said it but the man who sold me my item did not allow me to return it because he believed I had used it! I barely even touched the item! The man told me he had to go check with one at the back and when he returned he said mine was missing lubricant. If that's the case that means they are selling defective parts that are not fit to whatever standard he believes to be brand new. I just wish I could come into this store and be treated with some respect or have employees who actually care about helping their customers. The customer service here is some of the most unhelpful, unwelcoming, and unfriendly to those who don't know about electrical. A new manager might definitely help with that.
