I love my pellet stove. The last few years I had working issues with it. Service man comes out and fixes it , the last time it was the control box, we bought new box. Now there's another issue. What is the life of the stoves? The auger isn't working. If you could help I would appreciate you're help.

I needed a specific part for a pizza oven install and could not find it anywhere within my local area. I called this store and they were able to tell me they had a storm collar and stovepipe in stock. The staff were so friendly and helpful I really recommend calling the store if you're looking for items that are special order that HD doesn't carry. Thanks.

bought a $4000.00 pellet stove here 4 years ago,and has operated about 3 months in the entire time. has not worked for years and sits here in my living room. company wanted $1000.00 to install. I have had several stove repair companies here with no luck, would only operate for about a month. Could not reach owner and only dealt with woman employee who was rude.

Hemet Fireplace came out , diagnosed the problem and my fireplace is like brand new. The technician knew what he was doing and was very professional. There is not a lot of fireplace tech’s in the Inland Empire , give them a shot .

Back in 1978 my Momma Bought a fireplace that was unique it included a Mantel and a artificial logs that lighted up and looks like real flames ,,, it has the letters JA on the Back...,,, we would to Donate it back...
