Grass fed local beef!
This is a local gem that I hope everyone will take advantage of the convenient location.
I visited on a Saturday- great service! One of the owners was extremely helpful and made our visit a joy. Yea, we purchased more than we planned and I’m on the list to order a Quarter side of beef.
Beautifully remodeled- very welcoming environment you must come prepared to buy.

Came in today 7/17, from patterson because there's no consistency in the meat at the local grocery stores. About a 35minute trip but worth every mile. I bought 4 prime New York strip steaks and 1 pack of bacon. Went straight home and fried the steaks and boy those were the best steaks I've had. Customer service was top notch also. I'll definitely be back for more

If you have never thought of where your meat comes from, then you all need to visit this Market. You are greeted very warmly, by two of the sweetest people. Rob and Candy educate you on Grass-fed to finish meat, I'll NEVER go back to Supermarket meat again. It is a bizarre thought to think that all the meat we bought was literally from ONE STEER. Have you ever thought about how many cows might be in that one pound of ground beef? I didn't until I came in the door of this market. And the prices are great! Please give them a try, it is worth the drive. Rob & Candy you have customers for life. Thank you🙃! That stew meat was awesome!!!

Absolutely amazing! Had my hog butchered here and will not go any place else. They are very friendly, understanding if you're a novice, and the quality of meat you receive back is fantastic. Cut to perfection, and extremely reasonably priced for their labor. Love this place! If you have any butchering needs or even want to buy meat, check this place out... yes, they have a meat counter and sell as well... a wonderfully fantastic lil place tucked away in Hilmar Ca. 8322 Lander Ave. Go check them out, highly recommend!

I am very excited that we have this meat market in Hilmar! The food is great and lunch is served hot and quick. The staff and ownership are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality meat and a great place for lunch! If you have a large party coming up get your meat from these folks... you will not be disappointed!

Very nice owners! We stopped in yesterday on our way back from Hilmar Cheese and purchased some grass fed hamburger meat and some stew meat. Cannot wait to cook with this new buy! Next time we are driving through this area we will def stop by and fill up our freezer. Thanks Hilmar Meat Market.

This place is amazing and the people are so kind and wonderful! I went in today super last minute to get a tri-tip for Christmas. They didn't have any pre-seasoned tri-tips left but one of the guys took one in the back for me and seasoned it. I can't recommend this place enough. Their meat is by far the freshest, most delicious grass fed beef around! And their other products are just as good! Do yourself a favor and go pick up some meat. You won't regret it!!!

Went in to see about buying a side of beef. Staff couldn't be bothered to stop gossiping and cursing to help me. I had a direct line of sight so I know she saw me as well. Guess I'll buy my beef elsewhere, I don't have to put up with rudeness.
