Do not use these companies that almost triple your pets. Especially not giving you notice and take out $324. Instead of $161.
Seriously, I was 10 years customer and a horrible service. They put you on paperless without you knowing, and you never get Policy to know the changes. Including they do not allow you to get paid in your claims even when accident was not my fault. I still would never have anything to do with this company in all different cases. Plz.... read reviews before going with auto insurance. Thank you.

I’ll start off by saying that Allstate has been with me as my job has taken me from Washington, Wyoming and now California. Transition was never an issue with them, but customer service has always been their best trait! I’ve been with the father and son “Burke” combo in California and they’ve worked with me through any and all issues I’ve encountered in Southern California and they’ve been clear and concise in explaining the situation before providing a satisfying resolution. I’ve put my trust in my agents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any looking for insurance if they happen to cover your area of residence.

Ive had such a great experience with this agency all state is great and especially the sales associates AMAZING!! Ive been with them for a about 6 years and man they always are a problem solver. They knew what they were doing, never messed up in my claims when i got in a accident. All State is awesome!🙏🏼🙂. There is one sales associate who really went far and beyond to help me out. Alex Martinez! The office manager who literally is wonderful caring listens and is willing to help a customer feel satisfied in every way! Alex made things easy, quick, pain less and i believe who ever needs help in insurance Alex is the man to do the job, 5 stars hands down. the whole agency of hemet. Been working with Spencer since 2004 when we moved from San Diego to Riverside with occasional help from Gerrold and now Alex it is obvious that their training is focused on customer service. Whenever you asked them to look for a better deal they never say no. They make insurance easy they are here for you!
