These guys went above and beyond to help me fix a tractor under warranty. I purchased a Toro Mower directly through Toro and it was fulfilled by their shop. Since they are over 4 hours away from me I tried to find a local Toro dealer to help me out however, they refused and pointed me back to where the product was fulfilled. After talking with the folks at Al's, they shipped me the part and walked me through how to go about getting it serviced locally. They even through in a Koozie, Als Kubota Sticker and bottle open. Great customer service that you typically don't find these days. If I lived closer, I would go here for all my lawn equipment.

Bern going there for 40 yrs. I really like the friendly customer service. They're very knowledgeable. Got good prices and they're a family owned business. Josh the parts Manger very nice kid and super smart. Really knows his parts by memory for all my Snappet lawnmower parts. Ben and Rick are also super nice and knowledgeable
