Great place to learn piano and guitar. My children have been taking lessons for over four years. Highly recommended! Recitals are such a fun time.

Love this place! The owners are very nice and they have multiple teachers to choose from. My 5 year old son takes lessons from Danelle and he loves it. She's a great teacher. They have multiple optional recitals throughout the year so the kids get the chance to perform if they'd like. Also, while your student is in their lesson there is a waiting room with lots of toys which is perfect when you have younger kids! They also have a music store where you can buy various instruments and sheet music, etc.

I did their theater classes this summer and they are totally awesome! For anyone living in Oakdale and don't wanna drive to Modesto for theater classes do theirs! It's amazing and we put on a 2 hour play in 10 days

Annette Hutton is an extremely talented musician and singer. She has advanced music degrees and knows how to teach others. She teaches piano, voice, strings and other instruments. The shop is the only one in Oakdale, CA that provides sheet music, sells guitars and offers other musical needs. I'm always recommending Hutton's Hamlet to my friends and family.

My son just got his guitar for his birthday and a week later he broke a string. Today we went in and they were supposed to be closed but he allowed us to come in and get a new string. Thanks to him my son is playing his guitar. I'll always go back. Maybe even get him into some lessons.
