Josh helped me out big time! I dropped off my older laptop to see if there was any way to speed it up and make it more efficient. Wonderful! My laptop wasn't charging well for weeks. I was preparing for the worst from the diagnostic. But it turned out to just be the wrong charger. This was all done within an hour. They were really kind of the whole situation. They are fair and I would recommend highly.

Arthur and his assistant are both excellent. Arthur has been to my house many times to fix my computer. He made my last computer and did a fantastic job but it’s time for a new one, which I will get there. If you need work on your current computer or a new one you won’t find anyone better than THE COMPUTER GUY.
